What is your processing time on orders?

**Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping announcements**

Once an order is placed, there is a 24-  72 hour processing time. I do my best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! I ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday.


I just placed my order, when will I receive it? I'm excited!

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, I always want to ensure you receive the order you paid for so please contact me at patrice@amirluxurycandleco.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

Oh no my address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at patrice@amirluxurycandleco.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!

What type of wax do you use?

The wax used in my candles is coco apricot creme wax made up of primarily soy ingredients with small amounts of paraffin and beeswax. Coco Apricot Crème container wax is a vegan blend of natural apricot, coconut, soy, and a minuscule amount of highly refined food-grade paraffin wax. It has a creamy white appearance, exceptional adhesion, and provides an excellent fragrance throw


Return Policy

At Amir Luxury Candle Co. each candle is hand poured and inspected before being packaged and shipped to assure our guests are receiving quality. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atpatrice@amirluxurycandleco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like our limited edition candles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your approved return. We will then issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We ship with only the most reliable carriers in the United States. Once the package has left our shop, Amir Luxury Candle Co. cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages, but we still want you to have the best experience possible, so we are here to help! 

Please contact the carrier that was used for your order and see if they have any insight on the whereabouts of your package. If they are unable to assist, please email us at patrice@amirluxurycandleco.com so we can work with you on resolving this issue.
